Is server DEAD ?

Hello,
I am not playing Order&Chaos2 for so long but I already noticed something.
I am playing on Sunken Hollows, I see real players very rare, it's true I haven't seen the whole world but from "worlds" I was playing on they were just few amount of players.
I was waiting for a dungeon for like 20 minutes and nobody has joined, all guilds rejected be bcs they are looking probably for some high level players (at the moment I am level 16).
What Can I do? Is there somebody on this server? (i havent got money to move to another server and I also don't want to make new character).
